Are there any condo projects in Bellingham, Washington and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

There is many new construction and condo conversions for sale in Bellingham.
The most affordable condos for sale in Bellingham right now are the Cottage Creek Condos. This is a conversion from a 1979 complex. The interiors are being completely renovated with all new granite counters, stainless appliances, slate fireplaces and pretty much everything else is being done inside to make it feel like-new. Very high quality finishes with one and two bedroom floor plans. Also, this is a great location on Northwest Ave, walking distance to a shopping center, and a couple of minutes from Bellis Fair Mall and all of Bellingham’s amenities.

There are many condos in town in all price ranges. Cottage Creek in Northwest Ave. is just about the best value for the quality. There are luxury condos and in between. There are a few townhouse style condos at various price points.
You need to be more specific about location, whether you want a view (bay, lake, golf course, mountains), the size of the condo (1-3 bedrooms), or whether you want age restricted condos.
Sudden Valley has condos right on the golf course and near Lake Whatcom. They start in the low $200,000 up to around $400,000. Some are really pretty, others need some remodeling but Sudden Valley is a great resort community is 15 minutes from downtown Bellingham, WA. Want some information of real estate is the area?
